Fontebella Maternity Home (O'Fallon) Gives women a safe place to live, with food, counseling, and programming, so that she they take the time they need to become independent successful women. Works to connect them with family, parenting classes, and rehabilitation. Grandma’s Attic (Maryville) Accepts gently used clothing (all sizes), small housewares, jewelry, purses, etc. You can drop off on Tuesday 5-7, Wednesday 10-12, Thursday 10-12, Friday 10-12 and Saturday 10-12. Glen Ed Food Pantry (Edwardsville) Thrift store accepts toys, linens, dishes, decor, and clothes in great condition. Food pantry clients can shop for free any time the pantry is open. On the fourth Saturday of each month, there is a public sale for a $5 a bag. Profit goes towards client services. Donations can be dropped at the pantry during regular hours.
