A Fitness Training organization for athletes of all sports, ages 8 through adult and also offers soccer specific training for ages 2 and up.

Elks Soccer (Granite City)
Each player, parent, coach and volunteer plays a role in something bigger and greater than just the individual.  The Elks organization takes pride in remaining an affordable option for families.

Energy FC (Troy)
Improve technical ability, knowledge, physical capabilities, and psychological awareness through training and game conditions.  Staff provide instruction, encouragement, challenge, and praise. Players will be taught the importance of being a good sport.

Godfrey Parks and Recreation (Godfrey)
Has spring and fall youth soccer leagues for age 3-8th grade. The fundamentals of the program are to have fun, build sportsmanship, and learn basic soccer skills.  All games will be held at Glazebrook Park.

Happy Feet Soccer- SIUE (Edwardsville)
Mobile soccer clinic for children aged 2-6th graders. Our non-competitive “Story Time with a Soccer Ball” approach is used at daycares, preschools and recreation centers throughout the area.

Highland Parks and Rec (Highland)

Southern Illinois Revolution Soccer Club (Various)
Focus on enjoyment of playing soccer, hard work, and a fun environment for competition and creativity.

Basketball

Ball Hogg Academy (Edwardsville)
Elite basketball training facility.  Teaches kids how to work so they have the basics to overcome any challenges they may face in their pursuit of becoming a better basketball player.

Little Tigers Basketball (Edwardsville)
Teaches basketball, sportsmanship, and discipline to youth ages 5 - 12. Fosters passion and talent for the sport of basketball.

Highland Jr. Bulldogs Basketball (Highland)
Includes 12 teams for 3rd-6th grade boys and girls.  

Little Knights Basketball (Troy)
A developmental basketball program open to Boys and Girls enrolled in grades 2-6 in the Triad School District.

Youth Basketball Program (Godfrey)
Basketball program for age 3-5th grade.  Participants have an opportunity to attend a clinic put on by local basketball teams.  League practices and play focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, rules and skill learning. Games begin the end of January.
